Refund and Returns Policy

At Applicare India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require refunds or service adjustments. Our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are processed if the service request is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Partial refunds may be provided if a technician visits the site but the service is not performed due to customer-side constraints.

  • Refunds are also applicable if service quality falls short or if the issue reoccurs within the warranty period and cannot be resolved by our team.

2. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your invoice number and reason for the refund request.

  • Once validated, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Payments made for completed services that met expected standards.

  • Service charges for inspection or diagnosis where the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

  • Cancellation requests made after the technician has already arrived on-site.
