Refund and Returns Policy
At Applicare India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require refunds or service adjustments. Our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are processed if the service request is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Partial refunds may be provided if a technician visits the site but the service is not performed due to customer-side constraints.

Refunds are also applicable if service quality falls short or if the issue reoccurs within the warranty period and cannot be resolved by our team.
2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your invoice number and reason for the refund request.

Once validated, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original mode of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Payments made for completed services that met expected standards.

Service charges for inspection or diagnosis where the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

Cancellation requests made after the technician has already arrived on-site.
